Nothing says, “family time,” like a new Sinister film, and the demon Bughuul is here to wish you a happy Father’s Day with a brand new teaser for Sinister 2. While short, be forewarned that if you haven’t seen the first one this clip kind of gives away the twist ending. For those of us who have seen the original it serves as a pretty creepy little snippet and hopefully a sign of things to come. It certainly looks like they’ll be diving more into the lore of this world and how Bughuul operates this time around.
From director Ciaran Foy (Citadel), Sinister 2 follows a single mother and her two 9-year-old twin boys as they unfortunately move into a new home that the demon Bughuul happens to be lurking around in. I can only imagine things go downhill from there, since demons don’t make particularly good house-mates. Hopefully with this sequel we’ll get to see a little bit more of the the man himself, as Sinister was pretty light on actually showing him.
Be sure to check out Sinister 2 when it hits theaters nationwide on August 21st, 2015. Bughuul will be waiting.
