Chris Wiggins (Star of Paramount Television’s Friday the 13th: The Series) has passed away at 87. Wiggins played Jack Marshak on the series, which ran for three seasons. The Canadian actor passed away Feb. 19 in Elora, Ontario. He was battling Alzheimer’s disease. His wife, Sandra Crysler-Wiggins, passed away in 2009.
Chris Wiggins was born in Blackpool, England in 1931. He relocated to Canada (where he began his acting career) in 1952.
In addition to Friday the 13th: The Series (AKA: Friday’s Curse) and several other notable TV roles, Wiggins was also a prolific voice actor, lending his vocal talents to a multitude of animated series.
