Who doesn’t loves Specs and Tucker in the Insidious films?
The next installment in the Insidious franchise, released summer 2015, is set to be a prequel to the first two films, centering on the ghost-hunting characters Specs (Leigh Whannel) and Tucker.
According to star Angus Sampson who plays Tucker, he has a pretty big surprise in store.
NuketheFridge spoke with Angus about his return to the series and he confirmed that Insidious: Chapter 3 will be somewhat of an origin story, going on to tease that his character is perhaps hiding something unexpected up his sleeve.
Insidious: Chapter 3, will be this time be directed by writer Leigh Whannel (Specs). The story is set before the haunting of the Lambert family, that reveals gifted psychic Elise Rainier (Lin Shaye) who reluctantly agrees to use her ability to contact the dead in order to help a teenage girl (Stephanie Scott- Wreck-It Ralph) who has been targeted by a dangerous supernatural entity.
Let’s hope the delay lives up to the anticipation for it!
