From the guy that gave us family torture flick Daddy’s Little Girl, Chris Sun, brings us Charlie’s Farm.
Charlie’s Farm bases itself around four friends wishing to do something a bit different and get some excitement in their lives. They head into Australia’s outback (have they never seen Wolf Creek!?) to explore Charlie’s Farm, the infamous site of where a violent family met their end at the hands of an angry mob. Despite warnings they persist in their horror-seeking adventure and once there, the four friends meet some other drifters, unaware that they are all being watched.
As they continue to explore the property to try and prove the myth, they encounter Charlie, who shows them that some legends never die but, that they just might. Australia’s own beast, Nathan Jones (Troy, Conan the Barbarian, The Condemned) is playing the film’s killer, “Charlie”. Nathan Jones will also appear in the new Mad Max film that stars Tom Hardy.
Charlie’s Farm will also star Bill Moseley (Halloween, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 1986, The Devils Rejects), Kane Hodder (Jason X, Se7en), and Tara Reid (Van Wilder: Party Liason, American Pie).
With a cast like that it’s looking promising!
