Netflix has ordered a third season of their horror series Hemlock Grove from production company Gaumont International Television. The VOD content provider has announced that the series third season – which will be available in 2015 – will also be its last.
The final season will consist of a total of ten episodes and will see Charles H. (Chic) Eglee reprising his role as show runner and Eli Roth continuing as an executive producer.
The series stars Famke Janssen (Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters), Landon Liboiron (The Howling: Reborn), and relative newcomers Bill Skarsgård and Madeline Brewer.
Hemlock Grove has developed a loyal fan following but hasn’t garnered as much critical acclaim as some of the other Netflix original programming options. The series currently holds a rating of 44/100 on the rating aggregate site MetaCritic.
