Manson Family Inspired Film ‘Wolves at the Door’ Heads Straight to Digital HD

Wolves at the Door

The feature film Wolves at the Door (which takes inspiration from the horrific Manson Family Murders) is headed straight for Digital HD later this month. The flick will be available to own starting April 18, 2017. You can check out the trailer in the player below, right now.

While the feature takes some of its core ideas from The Manson Family Murders, it will reportedly tell its own story, independent of the actual events that took place August 8, 1969.

The feature stars remake queen Katie Cassidy (A Nightmare on Elm Street, When a Stranger Calls, Black Christmas), Jane Kaczmarek (Pleasantville), Elizabeth Henstridge (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D), and Adam Campbell (Harper’s Island).

John R. Leonetti (Annabelle) was at the helm of the production and Gary Dauberman (IT, The Nun) penned the screenplay.

“Four friends gather at an elegant home during the Summer of Love, 1969. Unbeknownst to them, deadly visitors are waiting outside. What begins as a simple farewell party turns to a night of primal terror as the intruders stalk and torment the four, who struggle for their lives against what appears to be a senseless attack.”
