Get ready to revisit Children of the Corn III: Urban Harvest with H-Bomb!

Wicked Horror pairs up with Idaho Punk-Nostalgia-Horror Goddess H-Bomb to relive Children of the Corn III: Urban Harvest from 1995!

If you’re going to talk about a movie like Children of the Corn III: Urban Harvest, you NEED the insight of somebody like H-Bomb.

I could be here all day extolling her intrinsic awesomeness. She wears a lot of hats, figuratively speaking (or maybe literally, too, I forgot to ask.) An all around ’90s nostalgia queen. A bona-fide punk rock goddess. Arguably the best thing about the entire state of Idaho. But above all of that, she KNOWS horror culture and fandom, inside and out. If her snazzy Children of the Corn T-shirt didn’t give it away, her unbelievably rad Critters tattoo ought to convince you.

So yeah, she’s the PERFECT person to chime in on 1995’s Children of the Corn III, a movie that toes the line between being an entertainingly bad horror film and a legitimately great horror film so much, it looks like it’s doing a field sobriety test after a six-pack of Steel Reserve.

Might as well get down to it, huh? Check out our video interview with H-Bomb (pretty sure it’s her real name, I think It’s Italian or something) as she cuts deep into the awful awesomeness … or maybe it’s the awesome awfulness? … of Children of the Corn III!

🌽🌽🌽FIVE THINGS YOU’LL LEARN FROM THIS VIDEO!🌽🌽🌽

— What does Joseph from the Book of Genesis have to do with this movie?

— Why Children of the Corn III: Urban Harvest is unironically a more biblically accurate movie than The Passion of The Christ.

— Why Charlize Theron REALLY hopes you don’t remember this thing.

— What it means to be “Stretch Armstronged” to death by a colossal scarecrow monster.

— And most importantly … why are there ELEVEN Children of the Corn movies?

You’ll want to hear all of this one, kids. Not to toot our own horn or anything, but this retrospective is downright a-maize-ing stuff …
