House that eats and pleads and kills.
The confirmation of Palimpsest’s fourth season is here and its accompanied by a spooky new trailer. Palimpsest is an audio drama that doubles as a creepy little love letter to false memories, loss and the things that haunt us. It is a (mostly) single-voiced production where each season is a unique and self-contained story, exploring the spaces between horror, fantasy, and psychological realism.
While there is no official synopsis for the upcoming season yet, the teaser is simple yet haunting enough to get listeners hooked right away. As distressing music plays in the background while the show’s star, Hayley Heninger, recites the poem “Ash” by fomer U.S. Poet Laureate Tracy K. Smith from her 2018 collection ‘Wade in the Water’.
