[soliloquy id=”346″]HBO has annouced that the final season of “True Blood” will air its first episode on Sunday, June 22nd at 9pm. There will be 10 episodes in the final season.
“True Blood” is based on “The Southern Vampire Mysteries” series of novels by Charlaine Harris. It premiered September 7th, 2008.
“True Blood” debuted with an audience of 1.44 million viewers, but has been averaging a steady 4-5 million viewers since season two.
