The A&E series Damien has dropped a new teaser for the small screen adaptation-sequel series The Omen. We have it available for you to check out after the jump. So, head inside and have yourself a look.
The highly stylized teaser reveals nearly nothing about the show but it pays tribute to one of the most absolutely memorable scenes from the 1976 film. Check it out for yourself in the player below!
The show will feature Bradley James in the titular role. The sequel series was originally set to air on Lifetime but like we perviously mentioned, it will now be housed at A&E. The series will follow Damien Thorne as an adult. When the A&E network took over the series, they bumped the episode order from six to ten. Like we said before, when completed, the show is likely to be paired with Bates Motel or at the very least heavily promoted during the Psycho prequel series. The A&E network has officially renewed the Psycho prequel series for a fourth season.
Bradley James, Barbara Hershey, Omid Abtahi and Megalyn Echikunwoke star. Shekhar Kapur served as director and executive producer on the series pilot. The series is slated to make its television premiere some time in 2016.
