In The Pyramid, the ancient wonders of the world have long cursed explorers who’ve dared to uncover their secrets. When a team of U.S. archaeologists unearth an ancient pyramid buried deep beneath the Egyptian desert, they become hopelessly lost in its dark and endless catacombs. Searching for a way out, they unlock the horrific secrets buried within and soon come to realize that they aren’t just trapped, they are being hunted.
The cast includes Inbetweeners star James Buckley, Ashley Hinshaw (Chronicle), Denis O’Hare (Dallas Buyers Club), Christa Nicola (Home and Away), and Amir K (Argo). The script was penned by Daniel Meersand and Nick Simon.
Egyptian suspense horror, The Pyramid, is set for release on December 5th 2014 in the UK and US. Singapore will get a slightly earlier release with the 4th December, and Austria later with the 20th March 2015.
