Anthology Shocker ‘Holidays’ Dated for Release, Debuts Trailer!

Vertical Entertainment and XYZ Films have acquired distribution rights to the horror anthology Holidays. The feature will make its world premiere at Tribeca on April 14th and will enjoy a VOD release April 15th, followed by a limited theatrical bow starting April 22nd.

Stay tuned for our review. And, in the meantime, check out the trailer in the player below. The film looks quite promising and is sure to be totally brutal.

The directors contributing vignettes to the feature include: Kevin Smith (Red State), Gary Shore (Dracula Untold), Scott Stewart (Dark Skies), Kevin Kolsch and Dennis Widmyer (Starry Eyes), Sarah Adina Smith (The Midnight Swim), Nicholas McCarthy (The Pact) Adam Egypt Mortimer (Some Kind of Hate) and Anthony Scott Burns (Darknet).

The picture will feature appearances by Seth Green (Idle Hands), Lorenza Izzo (The Green Inferno), Megan Duffy (Maniac 2012), and many more familiar faces.

Holidays is an anthology feature film that puts a uniquely dark and original spin on some of the most iconic and beloved holidays of all time. The film challenges our folklore, traditions and assumptions, making Holidays a celebration of the horror on those same special days’ year after year.”
